For ONEmpire, music is everything. It’s what makes our world go round. It’s what we do best, and it’s what we do for a living, and since music has given us so much, the boys were always prioritising of how to give back. Writing a song with a social message rather than a political statement, was thought to be more relevant.

‘Shine A Light’ is the culmination of this thought process! It’s a labour of love of Zarir, Garth, Gavin and Atish. The stark reality of life was driven home whilst shooting the video at The Gateway School of Mumbai – a school for special children. The children, so innocent, truly SPECIAL in every way…..interacting with them was an educational process for us. We are so thankful to the Principal and the entire staff for this humbling experience, and for trusting us & being so pro-active with this entire shoot!
