Work with People, NOT on People

So you want to be in the music business, or better still you want to be a full time musician… super, just a few words of advice. Work with people, not on people!

Relationships are the cornerstones in the music industry. Communication is the key, be a team player. Ours is a very small community. Somewhere down the line we are going to bump into each other. 

Expectations are different from goals. A prima donna expectation might just get you a reputation of being difficult to work with, and a pain in the —-. Life is too short to be around someone like that, just enjoy the ride!
